With over 250 million people — around 4% of the world’s population — benefiting from Allianz Global Assistance travel insurance and personal services, the brand operates at truly global scale, delivering an intervention every two seconds somewhere in the world. Anorak was engaged to help bring Allianz’s assistance products and services to a global audience through a coordinated, content-led digital approach. We devised and delivered a global content marketing strategy designed to communicate complex services with clarity, consistency and relevance across regions.
Our work spanned video production, editorial services and social media marketing, supporting Allianz’s presence across Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn and Google+. We produced and managed daily content for global channels, carefully calibrated to a Mid-Atlantic tone of voice to ensure accessibility, neutrality and consistency for an international audience. Alongside content and distribution, Anorak contributed to the design and delivery of a UX-led digital platform, focused on clarity, scalability and customer experience. Our approach prioritised intuitive navigation, clear information architecture and adaptable design systems that support both users and internal teams at scale. The result was a joined-up digital presence that helped Allianz Global Assistance communicate with confidence, maintain brand consistency across markets, and deliver meaningful, user-focused experiences across platforms.
