Anorak partner with Vavom to launch a series of mobile-commerce web apps.
Vavom will provide a service for ‘Interesting People’ (AKA celebrities) whereby they can a self-broadcast streamed videos, pictures and text messages directly to the subscribers of their Vavom channel.
The Vavom channel will additionally offer the functionality to socially interact directly with the ‘Interesting Person’ via Question and Answers or in the Chat rooms.
The service will primarily be a premium SMS service with additional iPhone and iPad web apps in the iTunes store.
Anorak have been tasked with developing the Vavom mobile brand and concept whilst overseeing the projects user experience and content.
Anorak will also manage the development of Vavom’s Internet Presence. The Project will be supported with social media marketing and linked to an individual satellite Mini Site for each ‘Interesting Person’.
